Holy Family’s Self-Defense Defense/Karate Okinawa Kempo classes are for everyone ages 5 and up! Everyone is invited to take self-defense classes with Sensei Greg. Classes start September 16, 2024 and will run through December 9 – Classes are Mondays(and Tuesdays depending attendance) from 6p.m.-7p.m. at Holy Family Parish Hall – Class Fee: $10 per class (10 classes)
