2024 Festival Item Donations

We are now accepting non-perishable donation items: ·Paper Towels ·Napkins ·Storage Bags (small, medium, and large) ·Styrofoam takeout containers ·Eating utensils (Forks, spoons, knives) ·Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil ·Steam Table Aluminum trays ·Plastic Wrap ·Bottled Water. 

Once again, we are accepting  Sam’s Gift Card donations for our festival Supplies.  Please bring them to the office during business hours.

This year for our 2024 Chance Auction Donations and Festival Giveaways we are asking for new items only. Please bring them to the office during business hours.

2024 Business Item Donations

This year for our 2024 festival we are asking for business promotional items. If you have a business or know of a great product from a local business that would like to donate promotional giveaway items such as gift baskets, gift vouchers, product samples, gift cards, etc., this is a great opportunity to help local businesses and a chance for the community to win contest items during our festival.
